New Sony Xperia H8616 mobile phone suspected as Xperia XZ3 Premium
To be announced at the end of August at the upcoming IFA 2018, the Sony Xperia XZ3 has become the center of attention. But apparently there is another model which is a high-end model of the XZ3, and is strongly suspected to be the Sony Xperia XZ3 Premium. The model number H8616 of this Xperia phone has never been seen before. This report appears to be from the official Sony UAProf website, but the original URL was not found and the truth is currently unknown.
Sony itself is reportedly working on the Sony Xperia XZ3 seen in GFXBench before with the model number H8416. And the new model number H8616 reported says that the phone will be equipped with a 3840 x 1920 pixel resolution screen and is supported with a full display and 18: 9 aspect ratio. Judging from this H8616 resolution, it looks incompatible with the 4K resolution (4320 x 2160 pixels) of the Xperia XZ2 Premium which, if true, is its predecessor. The downgrade in this screen is a bit surprising. Another fact that has been found in reports about the new H8616 smartphone, which is suspected as the Xperia XZ3 Premium, will be pinned on the upcoming Android 9.0.

There is no traceable information about other specifications of this H8616 smartphone. However, this phone is predicted to be equipped with features such as Snapdragon 845, 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM. Another prediction also states that the camera will be equipped with a dual 19MP + 12MP rear camera with Motion Eye and a 13MP front camera. This prediction is based on specifications that are expected to be present on the Xperia XZ3.
But there is currently no confirmation whether this Sony H8616 smartphone will actually arrive on the market as the Xperia XZ3 Premium. On the closest agenda, it is expected that Sony will introduce Xperia XZ3 and XZ3 Compact smartphones at the upcoming IFA 2018 event as it has been rumored. While the launch for Xperia XZ3 Premium is likely to be scheduled in November.
